- All furniture supplied for domestic use carries a 2-year factory warrantee against poor workmanship and bad manufacturing quality. Hospitality industries with high volume usage of furniture have a standard 1-year warrantee.
- Customers have a 7-day money back guarantee against manufacturing defects.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check the furniture thoroughly upon delivery. If any damage caused by transport/delivery is noticed, the item must not be accepted or signed for by the customer. Instead, the customer must immediately send the damaged item back to the factory with the same delivery guy on the same day. Failing to do so, the customer will be responsible for all the repair and transport costs. Once the customer signed and accept an item, Woodburn Furniture will not be responsible for any future claims against damages caused by transport or delivery.
- Any refunds exclude transport costs and banking fees.
- Custom designed furniture is excluded from the 7-day money back warrantee.
- Standard manufacturing time is +/- 6 to 8 weeks (custom design 8-10 weeks) and excludes the actual time for delivery, unless otherwise specified in writing. Manufacturing time of large quantity orders will always be specified.
- 50% deposit secures your order. Delivery will only be arranged once the final balance payment has been done and the money reflects on our bank account.
- Furniture collected from our premises by customers themselves or by their own transporters, will result in the 7-day money back guarantee being voided, as Woodburn Furniture will not be responsible for any damages caused thereby.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items purchased can fit thru doors and passages at the place of delivery. WoodBurn Furniture will not exchange or refund any goods due to this reason. Please state on order if furniture has to be carried to upper levels or thru narrow passages. (This could affect the delivery charge)
- Note that all furniture is hand stained and although all is done to ensure matching coloring, we cannot be held responsible for color variations. We therefore advise our customers to always order items for the same room at the same time.
- Orders cancelled within 2 days will have a 15% cancellation fee on the total order price.
- Orders cancelled after 2 days will have a 50% cancellation fee on the total order price.
Terms and Conditions are there to protect WoodBurn Furniture as well as the Customer.
